This 7-day guided tour takes you through the dramatic landscapes of Gilgit-Baltistan, combining the wild beauty of Deosai National Park with the cultural charm of Hunza Valley. Starting in Skardu and ending in Gilgit, this journey showcases snow-capped mountains, high-altitude lakes, and heritage landmarks along one of Pakistan’s most scenic routes—Babusar Pass.

Perfect for travelers short on time but big on adventure, this itinerary includes must-see destinations like Shigar, Khaplu, Deosai Plains, Attabad Lake, and the mighty Karakoram Highway. From spotting marmots on the plateau to strolling through Hunza’s historic forts, every day offers something unforgettable in the heart of Northern Pakistan.

🏞️ Explore the Deosai Plains, one of the world’s highest alpine plateaus, known for its wildlife and wildflowers
🕌 Visit heritage landmarks including Shigar Fort, Khaplu Palace, and Altit Fort

Itinerary

✈️ Day 01: Islamabad – Skardu – Shigar
Fly to Skardu, transfer to Serena Shigar Fort, visit bazaar & Amburik Mosque.

🚙 Day 02: Shigar – Khaplu
Drive to Khaplu via Keris confluence, visit Chaqchan Mosque & Palace Museum.

🏞️ Day 03: Khaplu – Skardu – Shangrila
Visit Khaplu bazaar, stop at Manthoka Waterfall, stay at Shangrila Resort.

🌄 Day 04: Skardu – Deosai – Karimabad (Hunza)
Cross Deosai Plains & Shyoser Lake, picnic en route, overnight in Hunza.

🏔️ Day 05: Karimabad – Passu – Gilgit
Drive via Attabad Tunnel & Gulmit, see Passu Glacier, overnight in Gilgit.

⛰️ Day 06: Gilgit – Naran via Babusar Pass
Scenic drive via Lulusar Lake & Babusar Top, overnight in Naran.

🚙 Day 07: Naran – Islamabad
Drive through Kaghan Valley & Kunhar River, tour ends in Islamabad.
