All cancellations must be submitted in writing via mail, email, or WhatsApp directly to AKP.
Cancellations made before the final payment is due will incur a $300 USD processing fee.
Cancellations made after the final payment and more than 30 days before departure will receive a 50% refund of the total tour cost.
Cancellations made within 30 days of departure are non-refundable.
If you wish to transfer your booking to a different tour program or departure date, AKP will accommodate the change (subject to availability), retaining a $300 USD processing fee. No refunds will be provided for any unused services including transportation, meals, accommodations, or excursions.
Participant Responsibilities
Each participant is responsible for obtaining adequate travel, medical, cancellation, and accident insurance. Additionally, participants must arrange their own travel visas, medical vaccinations, and any other required documents before departure.
AKP reserves the right to cancel a participant’s trip if it determines that the individual:
(a) lacks sufficient insurance coverage; or
(b) is not in good physical health or does not demonstrate responsible behavior, which may jeopardize their own or others’ safety.
During the tour, participants are expected to respect and follow the guidance and authority of the local tour leader regarding all logistical matters.
Limitations & Liability
While AKP strives to deliver high-quality travel experiences, it shall not be held liable for any personal injury, loss or damage to baggage or personal property, illness, or death. Nor will it be responsible for any other claims or damages arising from participation in its programs.
Participants understand and accept that adventure travel involves inherent risks and hazards. AKP will not be liable for delays, itinerary changes, or cancellations caused by circumstances such as adverse weather, natural disasters (e.g., landslides, avalanches, earthquakes, floods), mechanical failures, flight delays or cancellations, political unrest, or labor strikes. AKP reserves the right to make necessary itinerary adjustments or substitutions without prior notice.
By booking with AKP, participants agree to these terms and conditions and are required to sign the booking form confirming their acceptance.
